Lipman is delighted to announce that we have been awarded the contract for the lobby refurbishment of 111 Phillip St, Parramatta for new clients Windle Pty Ltd and McCullum Ashby Architects.

• The 22-week programme consists of the refurbishment of:
  The Ground Floor and Mezzanine Lobby;
  External façade works, and;
  New amenities.
• The project will be undertaken in a live environment and will include significant demolition works.
