A 3 storey structure separated into east and west wings, providing facilities that include academic office space, meeting and collaboration spaces, Zoom/video conferencing rooms, an Indigenous Student Centre, large format conference rooms, research facilities and focus workshop spaces.

Existing campus buildings were also refurbished and extended to create modern living spaces for medicine and health sciences, including informal student learning spaces, upgrades to the Learning Commons, expansion of the Anatomy Facilities and alterations to provide a new ultrasound training area.
