Lipman completely redesigned the structure and layout to maximise the site constraints and increase the efficiency of the usable areas. The project also required high level power upgrade to the entire complex.

Ground floor – pharmacy, pathology and medical.
First floor – medical centre (GP, treatment, sterilisation and nurses rooms). Second floor – medical centre (GP, treatment, sterilisation and nurses rooms and Allied Health).
Generally throughout – Receptions, offices, lunch/tea rooms, amenities and accessible amenities.
